Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow online stores across international markets, from Shopify management to performance marketing and retention strategies. You will lead campaigns that comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and manage external freelancers to ensure high-quality creative output.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Shopify, a strong track record of scaling ecommerce, and native-level English copywriting

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Own the Shopify storefront, launches, app integrations and landing page optimization.
• Performance Marketing: Lead Meta and Google Ads strategy with strict CAC/ROAS targets and healthcare rules.
• Retention & Email: Design automated email/SMS flows with GDPR/UAE PDPL compliance.
• Copywriting & Content: Produce native-level English copy for ads and product descriptions.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to report weekly performance and bottlenecks.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, UAE/UK -based Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across our international markets, from Shopify and performance marketing to retention, content and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools, in line with data protection and consent requirements (GDPR, UAE PDPL).
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• English: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Industry Experience: Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, attested for the UAE visa process.
• Availability: Able to join immediately.
