We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & CRM Director to lead the charge in designing and executing scalable, data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll own digital marketing and CRM functions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and analytics to deliver outstanding customer experiences and measurable business growth.

What you’ll do:

  1. Design and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and assets under administration (AuA).
  2. Own and optimise the digital marketing mix across paid search, paid social, SEO, and display advertising to maximise ROI.
  3. Partner with Brand Marketing to balance long-term growth strategies with short-term performance goals.
  4. Performance Marketing:
  5. Lead data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns supported by econometric modelling, attribution frameworks, and advanced analytics.
  6. Oversee PPC and paid social campaigns, ensuring budget optimisation, A/B testing, and alignment with business objectives.
  7. Deliver a best-in-class SEO strategy, including technical audits, link acquisition, and content optimisation.
  8. Drive personalised, data-led customer engagement through lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and app notifications.
  9. Collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver seamless, category-leading customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  10. Leverage insights on customer lifetime value (LTV) to refine strategies and improve acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
  11. Customer Experience & Innovation:
  12. Work with cross-functional teams to continuously optimise customer journeys, digital funnels, and onboarding processes.
  13. Lead voice-of-customer initiatives, leveraging feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience.
  14. Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor strategies, ensuring our marketing remains innovative and impactful.
  15. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  16. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximise performance and ROI.
  17. Act as a key leader within the Growth Tribe, championing a shared vision for growth across the organisation.

What you’ll bring:

  1. Extensive experience in digital marketing and CRM leadership roles, ideally within tech or fintech sectors.
  2. Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and CRM platforms, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  3. Skilled at using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimise marketing performance.
  4. Collaborative leader with experience working closely with Product, UX, and Brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Knowledge of regulated industries and familiarity with partners like Google, Meta, and Salesforce is a bonus.
