QBE is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to shape and execute a data-driven strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand visibility across our international footprint.

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of QBE’s digital evolution. You’ll lead a talented team of specialists, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and champion the identification and integration of cutting-edge tools and technologies to elevate our marketing impact. From development of data driven activity to measurement approaches, to website optimisation,Email strategy, and social media engagement this role offers the scope to make a measurable difference.

Your New Role:

  • Collaborate with marketing business partners and key business stakeholders to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at driving lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across digital channels.
  • Lead and nurture a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering high performance, collaborative and creative culture
  • Own the digital transformation agenda within marketing, identifying new digital tools and technologies and ensuring these are integrated successfully to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and CRM data management.
  • Establish KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities, including lead generation, website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop compelling, customer/broker centric content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
  • Oversee the website strategy across International, ensuring the sites are optimised for user experience, conversion and search engine rankings.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost effective deployment of resources across channels.
  • Manage/ Own the Social Media presence (primarily LinkedIn) including content planning, posting and engagement with followers
  • Act as the digital functional expert, staying updated on digital strategies, innovation, tools, regulation and best practices.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, integrating insights and analytics into campaign strategies.

About you:

We’re looking for a strategic leader with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of delivering results. You’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise in B2B digital marketing, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Proven success in executing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SemRush.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies for targeting and optimisation.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Relevant digital marketing qualifications (e.g. IDM Diploma)
