About the Role

Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for a unique role as Head of Marketing for a growing company. If you have an entrepreneurial and creative mind and are looking to use marketing innovation to grow a business this could be your next career move. A basic of up to £70k is on offer with share options and unlimited holiday.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and deliver a complete marketing strategy across brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches
  • Build a consistent system for converting leads across Podcast, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and website
  • Drive brand visibility and produce high quality marketing content
  • Track and report marketing performance including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Work closely with the MD and Founder to create the marketing vision
  • Using Mailchimp, LinkedIn, CRM
  • Expanding the Marketing team as required

Qualifications

To be successful as Marketing Manager for this construction services company you must have at least 5 yrs experience in B2B marketing ideally in construction, architecture or SaaS. You will have proven experience developing and rolling out a marketing strategy that concentrates on digital, podcasts, and marketing automation. A passion for AI and its place in the future of marketing is essential. Your hands on approach and your independent, entrepreneurial mindset will support the growth from a £1.5m turnover to £10m.

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

A basic of up to £70k is on offer with share options and unlimited holiday.
