Job Title: Head of Digital Learning

As the Head of Digital Learning, you will innovate and implement best practices in digital learning technologies to support the digital development initiatives for colleagues across HSE. You will work strategically with key stakeholders to identify optimal uses of digital technology and enhance the experience of colleagues engaging with the newly launched Learning Management System (LMS).

You will provide strategic direction to a team of Learning & Development (L&D) specialists and support administrative functions. Collaborating with wider divisional areas, you will respond to organisational L&D needs. As a recognized expert, you will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) and reference for all digital learning workstreams, contributing to innovations that influence change and the advancement of digital and blended learning and development.

The role carries significant leadership responsibilities, including evolving a Digital Learning Strategy aligned with organisational priorities. You will demonstrate professionalism and integrity, leading by example and guiding your team to develop high-quality blended learning offerings for colleagues.

Working autonomously, you will identify synergies with relevant divisional areas, such as training colleagues, IT, and finance, to develop and lead digital learning initiatives. With expert knowledge in digital learning, you will provide innovative solutions to challenges, mitigate risks, and leverage your experience to drive digital and blended learning advancements.
