Babcock International is seeking a Head of Engineering Data and Information to provide strategic leadership for digital engineering capability, engineering data and information management across Devonport Engineering. You will shape people, processes and systems that enable delivery of our digital and data infrastructure objectives.

In this full-time role with hybrid working, you will influence strategy, drive innovation and build organisational capability while engaging with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in engineering, digital engineering, data or information management environments.
• Experience developing and implementing engineering, digital or information management strategies.
• Experience managing complex programmes, projects or business transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Digital Engineering discipline and deliver strategic engineering data and information management objectives.
• Develop and implement digital engineering, information management and technology roadmaps.
• Build organisational capability through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and leadership of specialist teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align business and engineering requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering systems, information management processes and digital capabilities.
