Includem is recruiting a Head of Development to drive business growth, strategic partnerships and fundraising across Scotland. The role sits on the Executive Team and focuses on securing sustainable income while expanding the charity’s external profile.

You will lead on partnerships, fundraising and communications, shaping policy and influencing decisions to increase impact for children, young people and families. Hybrid working across Scotland with flexible external engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee communications, policy work and influencing activity to shape service delivery.
• Develop and secure sustainable income streams with external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong external relationships and represent Includem publicly.
