Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising across public funding, trusts and donors.
• Ability to translate artistic visions into compelling applications and communications.
• Proven capability to manage relationships with funders and supporters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy and donor relations.
• Oversee communications and marketing support including CRM.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and be part of the Senior Management Team.
• Work across artistic, commissioning, performance and learning programmes.
