Full Time, permanent position With effect from September 2026 Salary: Outer London Main / Upper Pay Range With additional TLR 2/3: £8,171 per annum The Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint an exceptional Head of Design & Technology to lead our high-performing department into its next chapter of success. With a track record of excellent results at GCSE and A-Level, we are looking for a leader who refuses to compromise on academic rigor or craftsmanship. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the department, the mentorship of teaching staff, and the maintenance of our exemplary health and safety standards. This is a role for a leader who values precision, excellence, and the power of "making" as a core pillar of a well-rounded education. The successful candidate will: · Hold a proven track record of outstanding teaching and student outcomes. · Possess the leadership skills to manage a diverse team of teachers and technicians. · Have a deep understanding of the current D&T landscape and exam board requirements.
