United Infrastructure Power T&D Limited (UIPTD) seeks a Head of Design Management to lead and develop the UK design management team within power transmission and distribution. You will oversee delivery of complex projects, ensure robust governance, and drive performance across offices while aligning with client requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• CEng or APM RPP status desirable or in progress.
• Strong leadership with experience in UK power transmission & distribution.
• Extensive experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract families and project governance.
• Proven capability in risk, change control, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for UK design management across projects.
• Ensure design governance aligns with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with CDM 2015 and safety by design principles.
• Develop client relationships and support business development through technical proposals.
