Head of Derivatives IT Development

We are seeking a Head of Derivatives IT Development to join a leading Investment Banking organization in Slough. This role involves managing the Derivatives trading development team. It is a permanent position with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and offers a salary up to £135,000.

You will be part of the capital markets technology division, overseeing a team of 10-15 developers with varying seniority. Your responsibilities include managing support, enhancements, and implementations of derivative trading systems. Candidates should have technology leadership experience, with a strong background in Java and IT architecture. In-depth knowledge of derivatives is highly desirable.
