Head of Derivatives IT Development

The Head of Derivatives IT Development is required to join a leading Investment Banking organisation to manage the Derivatives trading development team. The role is permanent, based in London (hybrid working – 3 days in office), and offers up to £135,000 base salary.

You will join the capital markets technology division, working within a large development team. This role involves managing a team of 10-15 developers of varying seniority, overseeing all derivative trading systems support, enhancement, and implementation. Candidates must have technology leadership experience, with a strong background in Java and IT architecture. In-depth knowledge of derivatives is highly desirable.

Requirements:
