Now looking for Heads of Departments – Employment Agreement

Position

The Company hires the Employee to lead and oversee all strategic and operational matters of the department.

Duration

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. The Employee shall start work as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the department in alignment with MPW-D’s vision and values.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other departments under the guidance of the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
• Provide quarterly reports on departmental progress.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
• Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of heart-based leadership, innovation, and integrity.

Reporting & Collaboration

The Employee reports directly to the Founder and Brand Spirit Director and collaborates with other Heads of Departments and project teams.

Work Hours

Approximately 16 hours per week, flexible, with additional hours negotiable.

Meeting Availability

Attend regular meetings aligned with UK time zones and urgent strategy calls as needed.

Language Requirement

High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Remuneration

Hourly rate: £30/hr. Additional bonuses, equity shares, or in-kind benefits may be available. Monthly stipend for internet/electricity: £20–£40.

Confidentiality

All proprietary information remains MPW-D’s property. Confidentiality must be upheld during and after the contract.
