Job summary

Redmayne Bentley LLP is seeking an experienced data leader to define the Data Strategy, establish governance, and turn trusted data into better decisions and client outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead the Data Strategy, strengthen data quality and controls, and optimise the data warehouse with SMEs. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic oversight in a hybrid setup after one month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining and delivering data strategy at executive level.
• Strong governance and controls to improve data quality and use.
• Experience leading teams and working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the firm-wide Data Strategy and governance framework.
• Lead improvements to data quality, controls, and ownership.
• Oversee utilisation of the data warehouse and analytics capabilities.
• Build and mentor a small team and collaborate with SMEs.
• Engage stakeholders across the firm to align data initiatives with strategy.
• Develop a delivery roadmap and establish operating model for data.
