Wealth Management is seeking a strategic Head of Data in Fareham, UK to lead data capability, governance and monetisation across platforms and client solutions. You will partner with the CEO and senior teams to drive data-driven decisions, balancing hands-on leadership with commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has senior data leadership experience in wealth/asset management with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate data strategy into business value.

Formación

• Senior data leadership experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Track record delivering data-driven programs end-to-end.
• Strong communication with executives, boards and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CEO and executives to align data strategy with business goals.
• Lead high-priority data initiatives including platform enhancements and analytics.
