Job summary

Nhs Bristol, North Somerset And South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is seeking a data analytics lead to develop innovative analytical tools across the South West region. You will work with the SDE to link patient-level data and deliver high-quality analyses for planners and decision-makers.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, experience in statistical modelling (R preferred), and the ability to communicate complex results to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with statistical modelling and data analysis in healthcare or public sector contexts.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable analytical tools for the South West region using patient-level data from the SDE.
• Provide actionable insights to planners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team and NHS ICB partners to progress research.
• Contribute to training and development activities as needed.
