Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI and Data Science.
• Experience leading technical teams with a focus on delivering value.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Penta's Data Science team.
• Translate product roadmap into focused data science plans.
• Design and build data science solutions across NLP and machine learning.

Skills

Advanced Python coding for data science

Power-user fluency with frontier AI tools

Production LLM workflows

Foundational ML algorithms

Strong SQL, ideally PostgreSQL

AWS (EC2, ECS, S3)

Git version control

Education

Degree in Software Engineering or related field
