Proactive Appointments Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to lead AI transformation initiatives within the Data function. You will track commercial impact, define KPIs, and monitor AI-enabled workflows across the business.

The role requires strong data skills, Python/SQL proficiency, and experience with cloud data platforms. It offers a hybrid setup (2 days on-site) and a competitive benefits package.

Competenze

• Strong data skills across multiple source systems and KPI measurement.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; cloud data platforms (Azure/Databricks).
• Experience building Power BI dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years in a Data Business Analyst role; translating requirements into tech specs.
• Experience defining success metrics and before/after analyses for measurable impact.
• Ability to monitor AI-enabled workflows in production and suggest improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
