Job summary

Precision AQ is building a Data Hub—a centralized platform team to consolidate legacy data infrastructure, establish an enterprise data foundation, and enable AI/ML across the organization.

The Data Hub is moving from strategy to execution, with a charter, roadmap, executive sponsorship, and a clear mandate to consolidate fragmented data pipelines into a governed, scalable platform serving multiple business units and product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance, delivery).
• Experience with modern data stack and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Track record delivering complex data platform initiatives (migrations, consolidations).
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Ability to review code and debug production issues.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Own sprint delivery, capacity planning, and production reliability.
• Lead architectural decisions ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Partner with SVP on hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Insights Hub, Evidence Solutions, Product Solutions, IT.
• Ensure platform operations meet SLAs with monitoring and incident response.
