Job summary

Qurated is seeking a Data Platform Manager to lead the data platform team and build the next generation data platform. This hands-on leadership role blends people management, platform implementation and technical contribution to deliver trusted, scalable data foundations across BI, analytics, data science and AI.

You will drive cross-functional teams in Data and Analytics Engineering, implement medallion architecture, and partner with governance to ensure outputs are trusted and usable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data Engineering/Analytics Engineering teams.
• Experience with data warehouse, lakehouse or medallion architecture patterns.
• Expert knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and SQL-based development.
• Experience working with governance, Enterprise Architecture and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams.
• Implement medallion architecture for trusted, reusable data assets.
• Oversee ingestion, transformation, orchestration, modelling and lifecycle management.
• Establish engineering practices for version control, testing, deployment and operational support.
• Own delivery planning and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Partner with governance, catalogue and master data teams to ensure trusted outputs.
