Job summary

Babyzone is seeking a senior data and impact leader to design and build our data infrastructure, drives evaluation, and translate evidence into national policy influence. You will work with frontline hubs, researchers and funders to measure outcomes for families and young children across the network.

The role blends hands-on data engineering with strategic leadership, requiring comfort in field hubs, governance, and AI-enabled analytics to drive real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced data science and analytics experience with end-to-end data platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, outcomes frameworks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run Babyzone's data platform end to end.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation, define outcomes and indicators.
• Operationalise the PCI and GLD analyses with academic partners.
• Coordinate external evaluation and longitudinal evidence tracking.
• Deliver high-quality impact reporting for trustees and funders.
