Job summary

ADS Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Data & Analytics to define and deliver the group-wide data and analytics strategy. You will lead a modern enterprise data platform, establish governance, and enable a self-service analytics environment empowering colleagues to make data-driven decisions.

You will oversee the analytics roadmap, data architecture and AI initiatives while driving data-led business outcomes and continuous improvement across ADS Group and Farnborough International.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data and analytics functions.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based data platforms.
• Expertise across data engineering, architecture, governance and analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, AI/ML and Azure certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the group-wide data and analytics strategy.
• Lead development of a modern enterprise data platform and governance.
• Oversee analytics roadmap, reporting ecosystem, and data architecture.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead the D&A team.
