Job summary

Recruit with Purpose is supporting a Midlands Housing Association in appointing a Head of Data to own the data strategy, governance and analytics function. You will shape the enterprise data approach, build and lead a team, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn data into a trusted business asset.

This hybrid West Midlands role requires weekly in-office presence and offers a salary circa £95,000 plus flexibility for exceptional experience.

• Lead all data and analytics strategy, architecture and roadmap.

• Lead the development of the organisation's data capability.
• Define how data is structured, catalogued and governed across modern data platforms.
• Shape how AI is governed and introduced safely across the organisation.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build confidence in the data strategy.
