RevTech in London is seeking a Head of Data to lead a small, high-performing team and shape how data and AI are used as the business scales. You will own the Data roadmap and strengthen data foundations while driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

This senior, hands-on role requires strategic thinking, deep data expertise, and a track record of delivering data-enabled business value. The position is hybrid with London-based work and stock options included.

Head of Data | Hybrid/London | Up to £115,000 + Stock

You’ll take ownership of the Data function, leading a small, high-performing team and helping shape how data and AI are used across the business as it continues to scale.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands‑on Data leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical understanding. You’ll own the Data roadmap, strengthen the organisation’s data foundations and help embed better data‑driven decision making across the business.

This isn’t just a leadership role behind the scenes; you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Commercial and Operations, using data and AI to improve processes, uncover insight and support the company’s growth.
