Job summary

Adele Carr Recruitment Ltd in Crewe is seeking a Head of Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation to lead the development and execution of the data and digital strategy. The role reports to Finance Director and partners with the Executive Team to establish a central data capability.

You will champion data-led decision making, governance, and the adoption of AI, automation and digital tech to drive performance, customer experience and growth in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation or Technology functions.
• Proven track record delivering organisation-wide transformation programmes.
• Experience developing data strategies, governance frameworks and business intelligence capabilities.
• Expertise in data analytics, automation, AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Rail Services data and digital transformation strategy.
• Lead large-scale transformation and business change programmes.
• Create a single source of truth for business-critical data.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and AI adoption across the organisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation function.
• Influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders to embed data-driven decision-making.
• Develop business cases and manage investment portfolios to maximise return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, information security and governance requirements.
