Job summary

Anaplan in Manchester seeks an AVP, Data, Analytics & AI Engineering to shape our enterprise data platforms and AI solutions. You will lead a team transforming data assets into scalable, secure intelligence that guides automation and strategic decisions across the company.

You will bridge cloud data stack engineering with GenAI paradigms, partner with executives including CFO, CRO, CHRO and CIO, and drive governance, responsible AI practices, and a modern data architecture.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in data engineering/AI within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong governance, security and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Analytics and Decision Intelligence initiatives to drive forecasting and optimization.
• Architect enterprise multi-agent AI systems at scale for complex workflows.
• Ensure data governance, security, and responsible AI practices across the stack.
• Collaborate with CFO, CRO, CHRO, CIO and Product leaders to align AI/data solutions with business goals.
• Scale and mentor the Data/Analytics/AI engineering teams.
