Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure

Ready to shape the future of cyber security in a leading global law firm?

We're seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure to join a dynamic global IT leadership team.

Hybrid working | Central London (3 days per week)

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of the firm's systems and data worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver security and infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals
2. Drive compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials+, and regulatory requirements
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to meet service levels and security standards
4. Lead the Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain a robust security framework
5. Oversee internal security assessments, audits, and compliance activities
6. Manage security and infrastructure vendor relationships

Key skills & experience:

• Experience in a regulated environment (law firm experience preferred)
• CISM, CISSP or equivalent certification
• Proven expertise in IT security systems, governance, and best practices
• Leadership experience managing IT security professionals and third-party providers
