Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Customer Supply Chain in the FMCG sector to lead customer supply chain activity from planning to delivery. You will coordinate demand, supply and delivery plans, set priorities aligned with customer requirements and business plans, and work with procurement and supply chain colleagues to resolve issues affecting service.

You will review performance, manage risks and escalations, build strong relationships with internal teams, and provide direction on priorities

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer supply chain activity.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and delivery coordination.
• Experience reviewing supply chain performance and identifying improvements.
• Ability to manage supply issues and escalations while protecting service.
• Experience collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer supply chain activity to maintain a clear, reliable flow of products to customers.
• Set supply chain priorities in line with customer requirements and business plans.
• Coordinate demand, supply and delivery plans to support consistent product availability.
• Work with procurement and supply chain colleagues to resolve issues affecting customer service.
• Review customer supply performance and use findings to improve planning and delivery outcomes.
• Manage supply chain risks and escalations, ensuring timely action when service may be affected.
• Build clear working relationships with internal teams involved in customer supply and fulfilment.
• Provide direction on customer supply chain priorities during the fixed-term contract.
