Job summary

SSP Limited in Halifax, United Kingdom, seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead the UK & Ireland customer base, drive retention, growth and satisfaction, and act as the senior escalation point for high-stakes relationships. You will manage Account Managers and Senior Relationship Managers, ensuring a proactive, data-driven approach to customer success.

You will work with cross-functional teams, influencing product roadmaps and commercial outcomes while promoting a customer-obsessed culture

Qualifications

• Significant experience in account management or customer success leadership.
• Proven track record of driving retention, growth and customer satisfaction at portfolio level.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with CRM experience (Hubspot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads the customer success function with accountability for retention, satisfaction and commercial growth.
• Acts as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and disputes.
• Builds senior-level trusted advisory relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensures accurate pipeline, renewal forecasts and commercial reporting.
