Quilter seeks an experienced Adviser Service Journey Lead to own and transform a critical adviser journey across both digital and traditional channels. You will drive end-to-end performance, optimise processes, and balance customer outcomes with commercial and regulatory requirements in a matrix environment.

In this role you will manage the journey backlog, prioritise improvements and lead a multidisciplinary squad with a focus on productivity, adoption of digital tools and sustainable benefits

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading a complex end-to-end adviser/service journey across disciplines such as proposition, operations, customer experience, digital and change.
• Proven track record in delivery and improvement of adviser journeys and productivity.
• Strong data-informed decision making and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end adviser service journey performance, optimisation and modernisation across channels and processes.
• Maintain and translate journey backlog into running and changing delivery plans with clear ownership and measurable benefits.
• Lead matrixed squad delivery, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and governance.
• Drive improvements in adviser productivity, customer outcomes and cost-to-serve while managing risk and controls.
