Job summary

NSY Digital is seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead 10 creative strategists, own roughly 15 client relationships, and run the creative team your way. This remote role fits UK/European hours with occasional time together in London.

You must come from a performance creative or paid social agency background, have written ads that scaled on Meta, and managed DTC brands spending seven figures a year. You’ll use AI daily to build systems and guide the team toward higher performance.

Qualifications

• You've come up through a performance creative or paid social agency.
• You've written ads that scaled on Meta and led strategists or a pod.
• You've held relationships with DTC brands spending seven figures yearly.
• Able to open an ad account, diagnose problems, and explain clearly.
• You use AI daily and can build systems with it.
• Health, wellness or supplement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will lead 10 creative strategists, own about 15 client relationships and run the creative team your way.
• You will be number 2 to the founder and influence the team's direction through action.
• You won't run a pod or write scripts; you'll empower the people who do.

OTE $8,000 to $12,000 USD a month. Remote, UK or European hours, with time together in London.

NSY makes performance ads on Meta for health and wellness brands including ARMRA, Healf, Spacegoods and Hume Health. You'd be number 2 to the founder, leading 10 creative strategists, owning around 15 client relationships and running the creative team your way.

You won't run a pod or write the scripts. You'll make the people who do better.
