Price Richardson is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing specialist to lead an established team in the West Midlands. You will manage a busy caseload of residential property matters, including complex instructions, while supervising junior fee-earners to maintain the firm’s high standards.
The role offers a highly attractive remuneration package with a bonus and clear potential to progress to partner. Applicants with proven client networks and leadership skills will be preferred.
Are you an ambitious residential conveyancing specialist, keen to step-up to the challenge of leading an existing (and successful) team?
My client is seeking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancing specialist due to the planned retirement of the present incumbent, who will be stepping down after a handover period for a seamless transition to their successor. The firm is looking for a high calibre and experienced residential conveyancing lawyer who has both a proven ability to handle their own caseload of matters – including dealing with some technically complex instructions – whilst also managing the caseloads of other fee-earners within the conveyancing team
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer to take over the running of a team which already boasts an excellent reputation and attracts work from the local market, and for that person to build upon the present head of department’s successes to take the team to the next level.
You will be an experienced residential conveyancing specialist, likely a qualified solicitor, highly capable legal executive or licensed conveyancer with requisite supervisory experience. You should have a demonstrable ability to work both unsupervised and to supervise others, whilst a proven ability to generate and build a referral/client network will be real asset – as will having existing contacts and referrers to bring with you.
Where PQE is referred to this should be taken as indicative only and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can display the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements from being considered
