Blockchain, based in London, seeks a Head of Consumer Operations to own the financial operations backbone for the consumer crypto business, including deposits, withdrawals, settlements and reconciliation across fiat and crypto assets.

You will build and lead a high‑performing operations team and partner with Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Engineering to keep our platform fast, reliable and trustworthy for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial or treasury operations, fintech/crypto preferred.
• Experience leading large ops teams during rapid growth.
• Strong AML/KYC and fraud-prevention knowledge.
• Experience with fiat and crypto money movement at scale.
• Partnership with Compliance and Legal on controls and risk.
• Experience with liquidity and banking relationships in finance or crypto.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end financial operations for consumer money movement in fiat and crypto.
• Define SLAs for operational metrics (withdrawal times, success rates, dispute resolution).
• Develop SOPs and control frameworks for consumer money movement and audits.
• Build and lead a scalable operations team with capacity planning for growth.
• Own incident response for outages and communicate with customers during incidents.
• Drive readiness for product launches and geographic expansions with Product/Engineering.
