Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Structural Technologies for the Construction Trades at a Further Education provider in Slough. The role oversees Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Carpentry & Joinery curricula, leading Programme Managers and Lecturers with a minimum teaching commitment of around 10 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Experience leading a Construction Trades curriculum in Further Education.
- Strong leadership and management of Programme Managers and Lecturers.
- Experience aligning provision with industry requirements and T Level development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Construction Trades curriculum across Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Carpentry & Joinery.
- Manage Programme Managers and Lecturers within the department.
- Deliver curriculum delivery, learner achievement, retention and quality improvement.
- Maintain a minimum teaching commitment of approximately 10 hours per week.
- Oversee staffing, resources, timetabling and curriculum planning.
- Work with College leadership to develop provision and T Level alignment.
