Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Head of Construction to lead specialist projects across the food and beverage manufacturing sector in the UK. Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction leadership and delivery of complex projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams across sites.
• Strong understanding of programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial control.
• Experience with subcontractors, consultants and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
• Ensure projects align with programmes, budgets, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor risks and address commercial, operational and programme aspects.
• Oversee resource planning and supply chain coordination.
• Maintain high health, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate construction with services, equipment installations and manufacturing needs.
• Support projects within live manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and reporting.
• Contribute to operational planning and business growth.
