NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Head of Construction and Enabling UK CAPEX Projects to lead on-site construction across a portfolio of high-value EPC projects within a live refinery environment.

You will be accountable for end-to-end construction execution from enabling works and site readiness through commissioning and handover, providing strategic and operational leadership to complex multi-contractor delivery teams.
