Role Overview:

Our client, who is a well-known global broker, is seeking an experienced leader to head up a team, managing budgets, expenses, and driving growth. This individual will play a crucial role in scaling the business, expanding the client base, and capitalizing on market opportunities across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team, overseeing financial management and team expansion
• Drive business growth by scaling the current book of business, prospecting new clients, and strengthening existing relationships
• Work on high-value, multi-billion-dollar project-led initiatives, with the opportunity to build an annual book also
• Focus on Construction, Infrastructure, Power, and Renewables
• Operate in Middle East territories: UAE/Dubai/Saudi/Israel - with significant international travel involved
• Oversee Direct & FAC Reinsurance strategies

Support & Growth Potential:

• Strong backing from the regional leadership team and collaborating with the wider business also focusing on Middle East territories
• Expansion plans are in place for 2025 and beyond, offering significant career and business development opportunities

Experience:

• To be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have around 10+ years insurance market experience, with strong exposure to Construction/Infrastructure/Power/Renewables business emanating from the Middle East
