Job summary

Squared is a not-for-profit housing association in Luton and South Bedfordshire seeking a Compliance and Health & Safety Manager – Social Housing. This part-time fixed-term role is 22 hours per week across our supported housing properties, based in Luton with agile working.

You will lead the Compliance Team, oversee building safety and health and safety programmes, manage budgets and external contractors, and provide leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and strong risk management.
