Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

1. Inspire and manage the compliance operations team, ensuring seamless execution of compliance activities across the organisation.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen compliance measures.

Data Led Reporting & Documentation:

1. Regularly report to senior management on compliance statistics, key risks, and progress on corrective actions.
2. Analyse compliance outcomes, customer metrics, service performance data, and operational KPIs to provide insightful reports that drive improvements.
3. Ensure thorough documentation of compliance efforts, including procedures, processes, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.

Technology and Tools:

1. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of customer service technology platforms such as CRM systems and support ticketing systems.
2. Utilise data and reporting tools to monitor team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Training & Awareness:

1. Develop and deliver engaging training programmes for operational employees to ensure adherence to compliance processes.
2. Foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation, promoting awareness and best practices at all levels.
