This world-wide leading technology company with operations in countries including the United Kingdom, Germany and several other European countries. Our client is seeking a Head of Compliance, Europe to lead corporate compliance program in coordination with other group companies within Europe.
The position will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and implementing the corporate compliance program, conducting corporate investigations, managing third party due diligence, and collaborating with business leaders to reinforce a culture of ethics, integrity and compliance, primarily for group companies in Europe, but is also expected to contribute globally. The main areas of compliance coverage are anti-bribery/corruption, antitrust and export controls. The role will report to the Head of International Compliance and will collaborate with compliance professionals in other regions as well as with other cross-functional stakeholders to advise company leadership on compliance risk management.
