The company is in the process of obtaining FCA regulatory approval and is looking for an experienced individual to lead this initiative while also building and scaling a global compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the compliance and FCC framework for the firm
• Lead on the FCA authorisation and advise stakeholders on best practice
• Work closely with regulatory consultants and counsel on regulatory applications outside of the UK
• Build a reputable team across the globe
• Manage BAU compliance/FCC tasks, including KYC/KYB

Requirements

• 7 - 15+ years of compliance/FCC experience, with expert FCA knowledge
• Must have digital assets/crypto knowledge and experience
• Ideal candidate will have experience around OTC trading/liquidity providing
• Experience taking a firm through FCA authorization is attractive
