Few&Far, a talent and advisory business in London, is looking for a Community Manager to own and grow our community programmes end to end, including managing key external partner relationships and shaping content and events. You'll drive real engagement by identifying active and dormant members, and making introductions that create commercial value.
The role includes outbound outreach and building relationships with senior professionals to integrate them into the network.
We're a talent and advisory business with an established track record working with growing and scaling companies. We've built a strong reputation in our space, but what actually sets us apart isn't our process- it's our community.
We've built a curated network of senior professionals, brought together through small, high-trust gatherings rather than mass meet-ups. Our communities are creating real relationships, and have already generated significant commercial results, not just goodwill.
We're not trying to build the biggest community out there. We're trying to build the best one.
This role sits at the intersection of community, relationships and commercial instinct- and there's more than one background that gets you there.
We're a small, close-knit team, and this role comes with real autonomy over how you build it- there's no rigid playbook to follow. We care more about whether our community stays genuinely valuable than about hitting an arbitrary size or growth number, and we'd rather you push back on padding it with the wrong people than chase a bigger headcount. If you want to think strategically about how things evolve, not just execute a fixed plan, you'll have real scope to do that here.
