Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead Ivy's communications and marketing function, developing and delivering impactful strategies, building on the strong reputation of the Trust and schools, and driving community engagement.
This is an exciting senior role for an ambitious communications professional who thrives on making a difference. Line managing a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will oversee content and campaigns, marketing, digital engagement and media activity for our Trust and schools. We are a small team and there is a hands-on element to this role as well as a strategic one.
We're looking for an experienced communicator with a proven track record of creating and delivering high-impact communications and media campaigns, ideally in the education or non-profit sector. You will be professional, organised and approachable, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders within and outside the Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the voice and profile of our Trust and schools.
