The Head of Commercial & Trading will work with venue teams and senior leaders to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions that boost demand, strengthen customer value and deliver measurable growth across the Group.

As Head of Commercial & Trading, this role sits at the centre of a business built around exceptional experiences, meaningful connections and memorable moments. Across a portfolio that includes championship golf courses, membership communities, family attractions, social entertainment venues and leisure destinations, the focus is on unlocking commercial potential and turning opportunity into sustainable growth.

Joining BGL at a pivotal stage of its journey, the role will lead the development of a new centrally driven commercial and trading function, bringing greater alignment across sales, pricing, yield management, memberships and partnerships. By combining commercial insight with strategic thinking, it will create a more connected approach to how the business grows, helping maximise demand, strengthen customer value and drive performance across the Group.

Working alongside venue teams, General Managers and senior leaders, the role will influence how commercial decisions are made, bringing clarity, consistency and ambition to trading activity across the portfolio. Success will come from balancing data with instinct, identifying opportunities for growth and translating them into strategies that deliver measurable results.
