Burhill Group Limited (BGL) seeks a Head of Brand & Proposition Design to shape how customers experience our brands, from initial interest to lasting memories across our leisure and entertainment venues.

You will lead with customer insight, creativity and commercial thinking, joining with creatives, content specialists and insight experts to deliver connected campaigns, experiences and market stories that drive growth.

As Head of Brand & Proposition Design at BGL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how people experience our brands, from the first spark of interest to the moments they remember long after they have left. Working across a unique portfolio of leisure and entertainment destinations, you will bring together customer insight, creativity and commercial thinking to define propositions that resonate, inspire loyalty and fuel growth.

You will be the driving force behind the way our brands come to life, ensuring every campaign, experience, message and touchpoint feels connected, purposeful and unmistakably BGL. With a talented team of creatives, content specialists and insight experts around you, you will foster a culture of big thinking and high standards, creating work that not only looks great but genuinely connects with people.

This role sits at the heart of the business, giving you the opportunity to influence everything from future venue concepts and customer experiences to the stories we tell and the way we take them to market. Partnering closely with operational, commercial and marketing leaders, you will help shape the direction of our growing portfolio, balancing customer needs, business ambition and creative excellence to deliver experiences people love.
