Become a vital member of our Project & Programme Services team, working on some of the world's most exciting projects across sectors like infrastructure, education, healthcare, and more. We foster a collaborative environment that supports talent development and recognizes contributions equally.

Your Role:

• Manage commercial aspects of projects including governance, fee management, and resource planning. Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions, guiding senior colleagues.
• Create a positive sales culture, develop business pipelines, and lead the Bristol office alongside other service heads. Manage and mentor team leaders and staff.
• Contribute to the Bristol Strategy, align it regionally and nationally, and support service excellence.
• Oversee client relationships and project delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across regions.
• Ensure quality service delivery, develop digital tools, and uphold quality and environmental standards.
• Manage and mentor trainees, assistants, and graduates, fostering career development and business growth. Act as an external ambassador for AtkinsRéalis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered status with RICS or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, costs, and client advising. Strong client management skills.
• Experience with procurement, JCT/NEC contracts, and electronic measurement software.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, exceeding performance targets, and creating value environmentally and socially.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
