Job summary

Drnewitt is seeking a Head of Commercial in the South West region to lead Sales, NPD and Brand functions. The role requires strong FMCG experience, brand management and cross‑functional leadership to drive growth across Retail, Foodservice and Export channels.

The position offers hybrid working with two days on site, a salary of £100,000–£115,000 plus a £7,000 car allowance, bonus, healthcare and matched pension, with progression opportunities in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

• Proven sales leadership and coaching abilities.

We're searching for a exciting role on behalf of a food manufacturing company in the South West area!

This role will manage across functions: Sales, NPD and Marketing/brand.

The business supply products to Retail, Foodservice & Export customers.

• We're looking for experience in FMCG food/drink - with good exposure to brand management, NPD (New Product development), as well as sales. (Ideal Levels: Commercial Director, Head of Commercial, Senior Sales roles)
• This business offer both Branded & own-label products so the successful candidate needs to have experience with both.
• Strategic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong management skills and ability to drive, coach and mentor teams.
• Energetic, ambitious and driven.
