Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services is seeking a Data Sharing Manager to lead end-to-end clinical data sharing requests, ensuring privacy as per J&J standards. The role will oversee vendors for anonymization, drive YODA project requests, and support external researchers using J&J study data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/scientific fields, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharma/scientific experience such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
• Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end data sharing requests, ensuring privacy compliance and procedural adherence.
• Overseeing vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Acting as primary J&J contact for YODA Project Requests, securing approvals and alignment with policies.
• Providing guidance to external researchers using J&J data to enable compliant data usage.
