Fabrick Marketing Communications is seeking an experienced, commercially aware Head of Client Services to lead high-profile accounts and support overall client service offering. The role aims to drive growth within existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities with the support of the senior leadership team.

This hybrid role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on business development. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with enthusiasm to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize opportunities across the client portfolio. Experience in team leadership and marketing campaign strategy is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients
  • Lead client strategy, campaign planning, and support client reviews
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality work meeting client expectations and KPIs
  • Lead on integrated marketing campaigns, challenge viewpoints, and oversee budgeting, resourcing, and commercial management of accounts
  • Business Development:
  • Identify, nurture, and convert new business leads
  • Develop tailored proposals and coordinate creative teams for campaigns
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities, presenting the agency externally
  • Report to the senior leadership team monthly

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships
  • Success in winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and omni-channel campaigns
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualities:

  • Experience in a creative, digital, or content marketing agency
  • Construction and built environment knowledge
  • Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on
  • Network within the built environment industry
