Job Overview:

Fabrick Marketing Communications is seeking an experienced, commercially aware Head of Client Services to lead on a number of high-profile accounts and support the overall client service offering. The role aims to drive growth within existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities with the support of the senior leadership team.

This hybrid role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on business development experience. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with enthusiasm to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize opportunities across the client portfolio. Experience in team leadership and in marketing campaign strategy and planning is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key clients
  • Lead client strategy, campaign planning, and support client reviews with the Directorate team
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations and KPIs
  • Lead on integrated marketing campaigns, challenge opinions and viewpoints confidently
  • Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and commercial management of accounts

Business Development:

  • Identify, nurture, and convert new business leads
  • Develop tailored proposals, coordinating creative teams to deliver innovative campaigns
  • Attend industry events, network, and represent the agency externally
  • Report to the senior leadership team monthly

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships
  • Success in winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and omni-channel campaigns
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualities:

  • Experience in a creative, digital, or content marketing agency
  • Knowledge of construction and the built environment
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
  • Industry contacts within the built environment
